Yolanda and Fiorelli were AMAZING! They did such a wonderful job and were quick too. We requested a move-out clean for our 1b/1b apartment. Extremely detailed and well done cleaning. It looked better than when we moved in! Highly recommend booking with Molly Maid- request Yolanda and Fiorelli!

I booked a first-time cleaning online two days in advance and received multiple confirmations by email and text with a clearly stated arrival window of 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. On the morning of the appointment, I received a text (from a different number than prior confirmations) requesting a credit card to keep on file. I was told the card would not be charged unless I chose to pay by card after the cleaning. I completed the form. Shortly after, I received another text stating the cleaning crew was “on the way” and would arrive in 20 minutes. No one arrived. After several hours, I followed up via text with no response, then called the office. I was told my appointment was actually scheduled for 4:00 p.m. and that no messages had been sent indicating otherwise—despite the written confirmat

Maribel and Frailey were absolutely amazing. Our house had just been remodeled so was filthy and very dusty. And they cleaned it completely and thoroughly and no time at all. They even cleaned inside the cabinets to get rid of the dust. Truly above and beyond.
