Pacific Sales and, in particular, Bonnie Taylor were wonderful in guiding me through a complicated series of oven upgrades. Bonnie had first hand knowledge of the capabilities of each of the Miele ovens I was considering and gave excellent advice on the features that I would likely use and, more importantly, those I almost certainly would not, saving me in excess of two thousand dollars in the process. She also went the extra mile in terms of personal service and stayed an hour past her normal leaving time to make sure that the transaction was seamless (and it was). Mary at the front desk also walked me through another complicated process of obtaining the 18 month interest free financing (which I didn’t even know about, again saving me a great deal of money and hassle). Marc, Steve and Mary are superstars! Appliances can either be super fun and exciting or a total drag when they go out unexpectedly.
