The customer service rep Sandy was very nice and helpful the cleaning staff showed on time. When I returned to the house upon the completion and them Leaving I was very impressed and satisfied that they hit everything I had requested and did a spectacular job at it. House was spotless, smelled clean and fresh. Very happy with Molly Maids. Will use this service again .

Cleaning ladies do an exceptional job! I have two issues, tho. The office rarely supplies them with masks to wear inside my house; I'm immunocompromised. Plus the office doesn't always email or call us to alert us to the date and hours when the cleaning ladies will be arriving!

It is wonderful to come home after a long day at work to my home sparkling clean and fresh. They also pay attention to details that let me know I am not just another customer to them. They put clean sheets on our beds and they are made up as in a 5 star hotel.I highly recommend Molly Maid

Hired for a one time clean (my in laws are coming, and I was feeling a bit embarrassed). They were very thorough in the quote. When these amazing women arrived they were a bit earlier than planned, but they were off to work so fast! They realized the quoted time wouldn't allow them to do all the things on their list (like I said, I was embarrassed because it's 7 years of living here, unable to do detail cleaning), so the office called me to discuss and approve the extra time, with a revised quote. I was so impressed with how beautiful a job they did and their communication. I'm literally trying to figure out now how to budget for routine cleans because of how nice my house is!
