Molly Maid did a great job! My house looked spotless and fresh after their visit. The only small drawback was having to wait within a time range instead of a set appointment, but the quality of their work more than made up for it. I’ll definitely use their services again.

I will try to make this short but probably not. Need an appointment for the day before Thanksgiving. It was the first morning appointment. Please note I’ve used Molly made for a while now, but not every week or two weeks probably about once a month or every two months. So we made an appointment for the day before Thanksgiving in the morning. My wife called the office or they called us saying that they were gonna be late that it will be between 11 and 115 or something like that. 115 gets here and still no Molly made my wife called Molly made this. They stated that they’re on their way. They should be arriving by 3:30 PM or earlier. My wife finally said oh no just cancel the appointment because by the time they’re done it’s 6 PM and I have to go to work tonight. So they continually lied abou

Not that Happy. I had my rental property cleaned after it had been painted and new carpeting installed. So basically a clean house. Just needed Bathrooms, kitchen and hard wood floors cleaned. I was quoted $360 for 3 people for 2 hours. about an hour and a half into the job I got a call saying it was going to take another hour and be another $180. I objected and reluctantly agreed to 1/2 an hour. After they finished they billed me for 3 hours and I had to again negotiate the fee back. House is 1500 square feet, no vacuuming. Seems like 2 hours should have been enough.

Hired for move in/move out kitchen & bathroom clean which cost me $378, we weren’t home for the clean & they did a terrible job. I called to report it & send pictures of how poorly things were cleaned, they gave me a $40 discount. This is my 2nd unfortunate experience with Molly Maids, it will be my last one. 8/9/22 FYI I NEVER received the $40 credit that I was owed. Never again.
