The most AMAZING service I have ever received in my entire life! I wanted to cry tears of joy coming to my house and seeing it absolutely SPOTLESS!!!!! It has NEVER been this clean! One time service convinced me to do a reoccurring clean thank you Molly Maids team communication was efficient and easy

They did a really excellent job. My first time having housecleaning service - booked a move-in clean for my new place. Totally worth it, and I would definitely use Molly Maid again!

This was the 4th visit for our Molly Maids cleaning in Sonoma, and we are very happy with the results. Our team has been consistently thorough, careful, and efficient. They came within the expected time period and the service keeps us well-informed with texts and/or phone message about arrival and completion of the service. We are completely satisfied and would rank them as top-notch.

Horrible customer service. Do NOT hire this company. Although the cleaning is ok, the customer service is NOT. I had gift cards to use and they were not helpful. That is the only reason i used them. The second time they came, i paid via a gift card, for 1.5 hours, but they only stayed for one hour and MM charged my ATM card and NOT my gift card. I also had to call about all the issues (they didnt reach out to me that the maids left early). And after an hour there was still dusting to be done. I have also called multiple times and they wouldnt call back. Tried to email my issues but never answered (told me hour rate was $155, but charged for $160). DO NOT hire a company that does not care about their customers.

We were told this would be a deep clean. The bathrooms were deep cleaned, but it didn’t seem like the kitchen/family room got the same level of clean. The appliances still have finger prints and grease on the outside of them. I had to immediately vacuum behind and next to the couch and wipe down the appliances. Two things that probably only took me 10 minutes to do but make a huge difference in the appearance of the house. For the amount of money we paid for a “deep clean”, we are pretty disappointed.
