Molly Maid of Southeast Dayton

Molly Maids has been coming to my home for a few months. They are always kind and courteous. They make my house very clean, which I appreciate with two dogs and three kids under three. It's a big help for me!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I got an estimate for a move out clean (empty house) and they said $400-$600. Seemed a bit high but they said they would do everything- appliances, windows, blinds, etc. they came for the service and called me after 1 hours and said the new estimate was $1000-$1200!! In one hour all they said they did was dust, clean basement bathroom, and clean half the cabinets in kitchen! I told them to stop cleaning. I went to the house to clean and NOTHING was done. The basement they claimed they cleaned had hair and dirt, there was still dust, and I couldn’t even tell which cabinets were cleaned or not. Then they charged me $260! They didn’t even clean what they claimed they cleaned. Choose a small local company, Molly Maid doesn’t care about anything but money.

First time ever having a cleaning service, wasn’t sure what to expect. Molly Maid of Southeast Dayton was fantastic! The staff was on time, professional, and very thorough. They treated my home with care and did an excellent job from start to finish. I really appreciated how courteous and detail-oriented they were. Highly recommend!

I was beyond delighted with Molly Maids. I had used them once before, back when I was doing chemo, and had been satisfied with their work. I haven't been able to clean well for quite awhile due to cancer treatment recovery, and they had their work cut out for them. They were definitely up to the challenge. The two young women who came were extremely thorough, respectful of my stuff, and reasonably fast getting things done. I would definitely recommend Molly Maids, I consider them to be a sure thing and will definitely call them again in the future. Ten stars.

Hoping this maybe gets their attention since I have yet to receive a response back from them after they cleaned my grandparents home but their work was bad and there was still dust and cobwebs everywhere after they cleaned. I've been trying to reach them for over a week with no response. Booking with them was also terrible and extremely difficult. Personally I would not recommend using them for a home cleaning.
