If i could give this business 0 stars, i would. I went with them thinking i was going to get professionalism and great work, and boy was i wrong. I got the deep clean for a move out and it looks like my teen cleaned in order to go outside. and when they were "done" and asked me to look around, when i started pointing deficiences out, the snarky attitudes started and eventually it turned into rudeness. If I could give zero stars, I would. I hired Molly Maid to perform a move-out clean before moving out of state on a deadline. I was packing up my entire house by myself with two toddlers and was desperate for this job to be done with excellence by a professional because I absolutely did not have the time. My husband came into town the week after we moved to check on the state of things before our renter moved in, and…WOW. I’ll let the pictures and the emails speak for themselves. We had a deep clean this week and I continue to be impressed with all that Samantha and Ryland did. So grateful they were able to come in and get areas we don't normally get to. We will be using them moving forward for sure!

I'm taking a break from cleaning my house to write this review. I contacted Molly Maid last Tuesday, Dec, 9, and scheduled them to come clean my house today, Wed. Dec. 17. They contacted me yesterday morning, Tuesday, Dec. 16, to inform me that they needed to reschedule the appointment because they "were having trouble getting the girls to show up for work and the owner said to call everyone on the schedule for this week and reschedule for a later date". That didn't work for us because we have family coming in tomorrow afternoon to stay with us for a week.
