Molly Maid of Williamsburg – Newport News

Stay Away! On 30 December during my monthly cleaning. terrible service. The team “missed” my bathrooms again. The team was at my house less than 1 hour for an 2 hour service and did a very poor job. The manager at Molly Maid only refunded me $10. This is the second team to come to my house. The initial cleaning was terrible back in November. Molly maid is not worth the money. The photos are one of my bathrooms right after the team left my house.

I am extremely pleased with my Molly Maid team (Team 3). Both Bonnie and Lisa are diligent, professional, and a pleasure to have in our home. They also have a big fan in our dog, Daisy. I would recommend them highly.

They arrived 45 minutes late, took an outside break and at the end let me know that they were going to charge me more than what was on the estimate 3 weeks prior. I still have ring around the tub because she never even ran water to clean my tub and they didn't take out the trash. But other than that they were friendly and had good attitudes. Because of the quoted price, then the workers raised the price, I probably won't use them again. Especially when they left my tub dirty. Now 3 weeks later the one who spent all her time upstairs and didn't clean my tub but she did find a beaded hair clip and a brand new stylus pen I had just in case my stylus pen got lost. Sure enough!! I wonder what else she may have stolen? 🤔

We’ve had Lisa and Bonnie for years and they’re like part of the family. Great service every time.

Bonnie and Lisa have been cleaning my home every other week for over 7 years. They do an EXCELLENT job - totally dependable, pleasant, professional and simply delightful. They are the very BEST and I'm fortunate to have them regularly clean my home!
