2/3/2026 Recently, we experienced the untimely need for a new roof. There is probably never a great time but we had a lot going on. My husband was in need of a couple of medical procedures, our youngest son was getting married, we had a planned vacation on the books and we had a lot of unexpected expenses for repair of the interior of our home , from a leaking roof. We were extremely fortunate to find David and Monarch Roofing. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate and he came when scheduled, even alerting me that he was enroute on the day. David's team did a great job on our roof five years ago. Recently, we had a small issue with some tiles chipping during the storms. No leaks, thank goodness.
