I was recommended to Mona's from another carpet cleaning company that was too busy. They said Mona's was the only other company they would recommend. It's a very nice couple family business. All of their equipment is new and high end. They protected corners and floors. They did a thorough job. The white stairs carpet looked freshly installed when they were finished. The carpet was completely dry in 2 hours. Highly recommend.

Having Mona do our carpets was a very enjoyable experience! We are very picky about who comes into our house and Favi and her husband were very great to work with. They were very respectful of our possessions and in the end the carpets looked great!

They were on time, professional, quick, and they were able to remove some pretty nasty, long-standing pet stains. Prices were reasonable as well. We will definitely use them in the future!
