Monkey Wrench Plumbing LLC

Had a pipe burst under my house during the winter storm in February. Monkey Wrench was able to come out a couple of days later while everyone else I called said it would be at least two weeks. The guys were nice and professional, and didn't drag out the work in order to run up the bill. This was my second time using Monkey Wrench and they will be my first call the next time I have a plumbing issue.

I guess I have to pay for the technician not knowing how to get to my house or coming to my house prepared . I told them I had a leak behind my toilet on the water valve the tech came out spent maybe five minutes drove back in to Enid to get the part I live 7 miles outside of Enid. Came back fixed the part probably in 15 minutes then left. Supposed to be at my house at 8o’clock he called multiple times for directions which were very easy to get to. My part was $28 my bill was $335 I will never use monkey ranch again I don’t think very highly of there price structure.I had to pay 140 in labor for somebody late by more than 1 1/2 hours and 300 dollars for a 29 dollar part.. NEVER AFAIN and I have a lot left to do... any ideas on economical plumbing group

Absolutely wonderful company. I would recommend them for all plumbing stuff. The gentleman that work are great people. Always doing a fantastic job and making sure it is done right the first time. Even to the point of going above and beyond other companies.
