Monmouth Mason Supply

We are very happy we went with Monmouth Mason Supply for our yard improvement project. They have attractive prices and quality material from various brands. Mike has been very helpful and accommodating during the whole process. His suggestions on material and assistance with smooth product delivery were great. We had only positive experience and would recommend them to anyone who likes to save money without sacrificing quality or time.

I went to this local supply store as a homeowner working on a small stair project and purchased limestone treads. I realized shortly after that I had bought the wrong size (12-inch instead of 10-inch), so I called about an hour and a half later to ask if I could exchange them. They told me to come down—no mention of a fee. When I got there, they tried to charge me a $57 restocking fee just to exchange one size for another. These are standard limestone treads, not special order, and I returned them in perfect condition the same day. In my opinion, charging that kind of fee for a basic, same-day exchange is unreasonable and not customer-friendly. I understand every store has its policies, but this one felt excessive and unnecessary. Just be aware before you shop here.

Lowes and Home Depot were quoting nearly $2,000 (excluding delivery fee) for pavers which all the reviews indicated a significant number would come cracked or chipped. Went here based on the recommendation of a neighbor. All told including delivery we spent under $1,500. We received three pallets and not one broken paver in the pallets. I only discarded ~5 pavers based on minor blemishes. Sales representative was also extremely helpful as we had never purchased pavers previously.

Doesn't pay his debts. Mike asked me to deliver a truckload of pavers to Fort Lee, NJ. with my Forklift Trailer. He said i would get paid immediately, but its been almost 2 months. He doesn't answer my text or return my calls. Very unprofessional

I came in there Monday, left a note for Mike with my number for a price on slightly chipped 24x24 pavers. He was in the next room. He never called me. I called today and man I spoke with said he's been busy with other things. I guess the reviews I read on yelp, were correct. They got 3 stars for ignoring customers. We went elsewhere
