****PARKING IN GRAND RAPIDS IS A SCAM!!! THEY OVER CHARGE YOU AND YOU HAVE TO PAY!!! $48 WHEN MAX IS $24 ANOTHER I WAS CHARGED $31 AGAIN MAX IS $24**** THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED IN THIS CITY!!! 👎👎👎

I was charged for 12 dollars for 18-minute parking! THIS IS RIDICULOUS! Maybe the lady sitting there made a mistake when she charged me, but I am not okay with this kind of mistake and I don’t even want to go back to get my money back because this is a terrible place anyway!

It's clean and well lit, however the pricing is not transparent and frankly it's very dishonest. 24 hours of parking and you will be charged for 2 days. I would expect more from a city owned garage, it makes visitors feel like they have been ripped off.

If I could give no stars, I would. We parked from 5 pm until 10 am the next day and was charged $48 us. Absolutely ridiculous. As a tourist, I have to say this is not the way to welcome people to your city.

Centrally located, close to where I needed to be with plenty of parking available. The gate was not attended.
