Monroe City Street Department

They answer the phone and are very polite. They actually have sent a guy out to look twice. The first time, 6 months ago, they even brought baracades to block off the hole. The second time the guy said he called his boss and they were going to get right out. I called again 2 weeks ago and have seen nothing as of yet this time. I guess my take away is don't get in a hurry with them. I just hope the neighbors young boy does not chase a soccer ball too close and get hurt. ...and still nothing after 2 more calls, even being promised by the department head that they were coming "this week" 3 weeks ago.
