Great store! Often need bits and pieces while on my refrigerator repair jobs in Monroe and most of the times you have it. We've been looking for a part to fix my son's bed for several months. Lowe's sent us here. The elderly gentleman took his time and found us the right part. He was very knowledgeable and treated us like he was trying to fix his own bed. We will definitely return to this store for future needs.

I have been to MH many times. I will say their customer service and level of professionalism is out the roof. If there is anything you need they are happy to help!

I went in to purchase a couple bales of alfalfa. I waited at the hay trailer for 15 minutes before walking back. The girl up front tells me “you should’ve just took the two bales on the ground”. I let her know they were wet and she proceeds to be annoyed and tell me “I’m not helping you, i got hurt out there”and to get the hay down myself. The hay trailer is stacked to the roof and i was worried it was all going to fall if i climbed up. I asked if there was anyone else who worked at Monroe Hardware that could help me or if i could get my $53 back. She kept telling me she wasn’t helping me and finally found someone who would. I told that person i was sorry that i needed help and he wouldn’t speak or reply. What a weird way to treat your customers. 🫠

Good store. They almost always have what you need. If they don't, they have no problem telling you where else to go to find it.
