Monte's Idaho Falls Lock and Key

Monte's Lock and Key saved this great grandma! The owner personally came out when my keyless entry would not let me in my house. My husband and son were out of town, and I had no way to get in. They were so kind and helpful and got me in immediately. I would never go to anyone else for my needs in that area. They were wonderful! I highly recommend them.

Steve at Monte’s Lock and Key is a good dude. I had a key problem with my car. He very easily could have come to do the mobile visit and charge me his mobile fee, but instead he told me about how I could do it on my own without having him have to come out and charge me. This was amazing to me, and how grateful I am that he didn’t take advantage of me. Thank you Steve!!

They were so kind and showed up within 5 minutes which was great because I was in the cold. The guy who came was super kind. Total ended up being $50 which I thought was extremely fair

I had a damaged key for an electric scooter - no one in town could help with a replacement except Steve - he matched and then somehow cut a new key from a bent one - a fantastic overall experience. If you ever find yourself in need of a locksmith, I highly reccommend Monte's

I purchased a key on Amazon. The person at Monte's cut the key and messed it up. Didn't even say he was sorry. Said you'll have to buy another programmable key blank. At least didn't try to charge me. Go anywhere else in Idaho Falls!
