Moody-Do's Handyman LLC

I hired Scott to do some work on a new property of mine, he installed 6 ceiling fans, smoke alarms, a dozen new door handles and new light fixtures. He gave me a reasonable quote that was accurate and his finished work was a great. Will definitely be using Moody-Do's in the future.

As the owner of several rental properties, I have called on Scott a number of times to do jobs, both large and small. He has done everything from hanging blinds to laying new laminate floors. He is very professional, a hard worker and a genuinely nice person. I highly recommend Scott and Moody-Do's.

This guy is a complete joke. I hired him to hanG a ceiling fan in our bedroom and some other odd jobs. He showed up LATE and without an appropriate ladder to hang the fan. He then rescheduled for a week later 8-10 am, texted me at 9:50 am that he still did not have the appropriate ladder and that he would be there 3-4PM. He then texted me at 3:50 PM that he STILL DID NOT HAVE THE APPROPRIATE LADDER TO HANG A CEILING FAN! I mean what the heck?????? How do you call yourself a "handyman" without a ladder to hang a ceiling fan. This guy is a complete joke. Wasted 2 Saturdays in a row on him. Oh well, plenty of handymen out there with a decent business sense. Already booked someone new. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY.

Scott does quality work at a fair price. Very professional and competent. I will not hesitate to use his services in the future.
