I just wanted to express my appreciation for what Joseph was able to do for us. This was the second time that we used him. The first time was only a family room area, but he did a great job at a very reasonable price. I can’t believe how much better our carpet looks compared to who we previously used. On the second time we had an emergency. We had just put in a new carpet, and while I was moving my printer we had a leak. Joseph was able to remove the ink stain. He even showed up on a Sunday afternoon. Outstanding service and Quality of work. Highly recommended him and his company.

Joe responded to my inquiry asap with a quote for $99 on two synthetic area rugs. He was quick to schedule me for the next day which I greatly appreciated. I let him know one of the rugs was slightly bigger than I originally thought and it was no problem, he stuck by the original quote. He showed up right on time the next day. He lugged his equipment up two flights of stairs himself and got to work. Took about 30 min as he promised. The rugs looked and smelled 150% better - I got them second hand and weren’t in the best of shape. One had pet damage and dander (which I didn’t know before buying it) and was generally really dirty. My wife and I recently had Joe clean our bedroom carpet and a couple of area rugs. He was amazing! He quickly returned our call when we requested a quote, his offer was competitive, and he was able to do the work quickly. When he arrived, he was extremely respectful of our home and showed great care in his work! We would highly recommend Joe! He is a great guy! We will definitely be using his services in the future.

I called Joe after unsuccessfully using one of those rental carpet cleaners from Lowe's to clean an area rug that we had in our toddler's bedroom. After using the rental machine, the rug still looked dirty and smelled. I called around to several carpet cleaners and Joe's estimate was $100 cheaper than the estimates I was given. I emailed him on a Saturday afternoon expecting to hear back on Monday, but no he responded Saturday night with a price/timeframe for dropping off the rug. Joe did a great job cleaning the area rug- it looks new and smells great. Highly recommended!!
