Perhaps if you're a contractor you'd be ok with this but they act very annoyed to deal with public. I spent thousands on fixtures here and I don't recommend them. Much better off going to Faucets com or similar. You'll get your fixtures quickly versus weeks from this place who will give you open box used looking stuff and act annoyed if you want to browse and not just take whatever they say you should choose.
