Moores Air & Heat did a Great job putting in my new Air Conditioning System. Kris, Michael, Beau, Garret and Mikey were the nicest and most professional guys to work with and did a fantastic job above and beyond!! They went over everything with me and made sure I understood how to use everything. Thanks to Kris the owner for getting me in and helping with all the paperwork and finding the right system for me. Back in March my HVAC system went and needed replacement. I contacted several companies and the one that was most cooperative, on time, and answered all my calls was Moore's Air and Heat. Chris, the owner, was at the forefront of our negotiation. He was very professional, gave a reasonable estimate and explained what was exactly needed. He did not try to upsell any unit, he just indicated what was needed for my house under A/C and promised to have the job done by a certain date and it was. His price was very reasonable compared to others. Moore's Air and Heat installed my AC unit in 2019. I had a repair issue pop up and was able to schedule a service person out within 24 hours of my call. Cedric was professional and courteous and explained the process of my repair. He was very informative. I find that Moore's maintains a standard of customer service that many companies no longer care nothing about.
