Dear Moores Cable, I hope this review finds you well and your company thriving. I am writing to share with you the level of care, concern and professionalism Trey Moores showed my family and me as we undergo condemnation of our property due to the major expansion of Interstate 20 behind our house. We are losing more than ten feet of land in back of our house. The electric pole and transformer were removed from the backyard. Our new energy source is underground power. To add insult to injury, the transformer was relocated to the front right side of the yard - to include a 3'x3' above ground metal access box. This box blocks the only vehicular access to our backyard. We are currently in discussion with the power company to find a more viable location for the box. Simultaneously, Spectrum
