Andrew is a great guy to call, has always offered polite, fast, professional and dependable service. Always returned my calls when our heat pump and A/C had failed to operate. He is highly skilled, and has a clean, presentable and well stocked truck with most common parts needed to get the job done quickly. Andrew has never raked us over the coals with excessive costs for parts and labor, nor tried to upsell for additional costs for either. He called back within 10 mins, and was able to get to our home within 10 hrs after our first call regarding our HVAC failed to cool. Had us up and running again in 20 minutes. Cost for service call and part was far more than fair. Highly recommened!

Initial install done by Biles Brothers was perfect great customer service and responsiveness. At install we decided to use an electrician of our choice to do the electrical work incidental to the unit and was a cost savings to us. Biles made a recommendation to what was needed to use the strip heat. There was a communication error between me and the electrician and I did not communicate to the electrician correctly what needed to be done. This was my mistake however not being technically knowledgeable in this area the recommendation didn’t get done by mistake. We set up a house visit with Biles because the house began to be unable to maintain temperature. When Biles made the house visit and checked the unit and found out the recommendation hasn’t been completed he became very rude and comm

Researched many companies and received Many Estimates. Two New Systems, upstairs and downstairs and complete Duct work replacement. Been putting this off for years So I'm going to really do it right now. My thought was that I was going to use one of the Larger Well Known companies. "Accidentally" called Andrew (Owner of Biles Brothers) thinking I was calling a larger company, But immediately liked him over the phone so had him to the house for a visit. His theory was different. Keeping things Simple with less bells and whistles. He taught me alot about the new and older technologies and some of the issues with the newer stuff. Lots more maintenance and parts that can fail and need service. Rather than "selling" me as much as he could, he made sense teaching me that in the long run, Simple

Andy Biles is the BEST!. He is always very responsive which is rare for a contractor. His work is perfection and he is very reasonable. Friendly , fast affordable service, what more could you ask for?

They put a new duct work system in when no one else would. They charged a reasonable rate, and it only took 3 hours. They also do all my checking of the system. It’s old and is about ready for a new one. Guess who I’m going with?
