Call someone else! Showed up at random hours, stood around smoking & playing on their phones for hours. I really think they had no idea what they were doing. Sloppy, unprofessional. Needed cash up front for materials, a check would take too long to clear. Never came back to clean up the mess they made. Do yourself a favor, just call someone else.

My home warranty provider set up an apt for me with this group. I called to check in with them and give more info and they said we’re not interested and hung up. Called again and they refused so speak. They may have not taken the job and the warranty provider is confused, or they’re confused- either way, awful customer service and disgusting that they’d be so rude and hang up on a potential client.
