I had an issue with my heater going out and he arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue right away, explained everything clearly and managed to get my heater working same day. Very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem efficiently and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. With high temperatures approaching and with no AC in my condo I was desperate. I called a contractor friend and asked him if he could recommend anyone. He gave me the number of Moreno Heating and Cooling. I called and actually got a person who answered my call. Victor assured me that he would send one of his workers to check my AC. Within minutes Ignacio was at my door. He didn’t give me any false hope of fixing it. He told me I needed a new unit which three others had told me the same thing. I talked to Victor, he gave me a reasonable price and the next day I had a new unit that works perfectly. I highly recommend Moreno.

My A/C was under-performing, I assumed it needed a freon charge. I called ABC, they came w/ fancy monitors & told me freon was OK but I needed to spend $5+k on replacement parts (fans etc). They never even opened up the unit. A friend referred me to Victor Moreno; his guy came, on schedule, confirmed freon level was fine, & unbolted the cover. Filthy! A quick garden hose cleaning & $180 later it works great again.
