Hired them because they gave the illusion that they do quality work when really they’ll do a rush job and abandon you once it’s finished. When problems arise, even though there’s a warranty in place you get no response or no call back from anybody. All they want is the money. We’ve been without a shower for a month now because nobody wants to contact us or call us back And the shower problem is from poor work they did the first time around. Do not recommend this company at all!!!!

I must say initially when I had the house fire. Restore was there right away to guide us through the difficulties of rebuilding. From help with insurance to guiding us through the whole project getting us back in our house. They were amicable, timely and professional. However once we were back in our house we begin to see that some things that weren't completed. Fast forwarding to this winter during the cold snap. A pipe, which they provided burst. They came out, stopped the leak but never returned. After trying to reach them a plethora of times. We gave up and secured another company. I am really disappointed. Our house caught fire 5 months ago and we were lucky that Billy and Carlos responded to our fire and stayed till 9:30pm to board up 28 windows that Fire Dept. took out.Billy then followed up to come to visit Restore in Melrose Park to see the complete process where they pack and move everything that can be Saved.Candy came in and Inventoried everything in the fire that was not saved plus what was saved and provided line by line Cost of each item and depreciation value to get paid by State Farm.They helped get us into a Hotel for 2 months and then found a home to rent in which State Farm is paying.House has been totally gutted out in 3months time.Anytime we had any questions I call Augie ,Candy & Silvia and they would provide us with a reply.Chris was the architect that went over option on
