I am writing this review because our new build was experiencing the issue with the smoke detectors going off randomly. It was a horrible experience but the two technicians that responded replaced every detector in the house. Then when it happened again they came back out and replaced the offending dual detectors. As long as Brian and Norman are with the company I recommend Morgan Electric without question. Thank you Brian and Norman for your amazing and personal touch in our case.

It’s disappointing that Morgan Electric has decided to stop allowing parents from the neighboring dance studio to park in their lot after hours. During those hours, the lot is typically empty, yet families are now forced to drop off and pick up children in a high-traffic area with limited safe parking options. This change has created unnecessary safety concerns for young kids who now have to navigate busy streets during peak activity times. While I understand businesses have operational considerations, it would have been far better to collaborate with the dance studio to find a reasonable solution rather than eliminate access entirely. This company needs to teach their employees how to drive. One of their drivers pulled out across three lanes of traffic. In front of me and caused a crash, which could have put the company in a bad place. Hopefully they do better work than they drive

I contacted Morgan Electric for an electrical short that happened somewhere in my new construction home. They responded quickly even on New Year's Eve, and they had two people scheduled for a service visit right away. The two of them arrived early and were very polite and professional. They located the problem and fixed it very quickly. I'm very impressed with the quality of service and professionalism of Morgan Electric! They're a solid choice all around.
