This place came highly recommended. They came out right away and the technician was great. I would have been a happy customer, had I not review my invoice after I paid it. When I called and asked about appointments/pricing, I was told the service call was $150 or $180. Once reviewing the invoice, the service call was $225. I texted to inquire about the difference. No response from the business for 4 days. I finally had to call and after 3 follow-ups finally spoke with Sue (or Susy) and she listened to my original call and called me back. She stated that they do charge 150 for a service call but the 225 also includes labor, although all services are listed as separate line items. Bobby McNamara did a great job. He explained everything to me ahead of time and actually found a solution that saved me some money, and applied a senior discount to the bill that I did not even know I had. The locks work great now - I would recommend Bobby and Morgan Lock to anyone.

I own a four unit rental property in the city and I called Morgan locksmith for two things: repairs on some locks where the doors were not closing well and to RE-KEY two units to an existing master key system. My late husband initiated the master key system with Morgan locksmith several years ago and they did a fantastic job back then (Bobby was the technician)! I called them back to finish the job, as there were still two units that were not on the master system. Beginning to end, everyone I spoke to were professional, kind and knowledgeable. Thomas is very knowledgeable in what he does. He was able to identify and fix an issue left behind years ago when intercom’s system was wired. He was very polite and patient with my mom who doesn’t speak English well. Would highly recommend!
