Hello, I had pretty bad damage to an old roof on the house I purchased three years ago. After a five hour 75 mile an hour wind I needed some help. Morgan Roofing gave me a quote did the work as per the quote exactly handled all of the permitting and worked with Texas wind to make sure all documentation for my insurance was easily transferred. If I could give Morgan Roofing a 10 I would.

I noticed a roofing crew across the canal after hurricane Nicholas, found out it was Morgan Roofing. I called him and he came over quickly that day, gave me a price and scheduled for a Monday. He gave me quicker service on Saturday but I was not home and the wrong color of shingle was used. I told him about it and he confirmed that it was the wrong color and that he would correct it. It took quite a bit of prompting but he finally came through. The workers just show up with no notification. I would give one more star if he would let me know when the crews are coming.

Installed faulty roof, fought with him for a year and finally had to pay another roofer to repair issues. He refused to pay for damages to ceilings in my home from incorrectly installed roof. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

This roofing company stepped up when the original roofing company would not. Our roof on our 6 month old house was leaking.
