I contacted Morning Star for a septic service and they came out the next day. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism from the first phone call to the service technician who was very knowledgeable and customer focused. I have used them in the past and always been happy with their services and will continue to do so in the future, highly recommend them!

Morning Star has helped me out twice already with two different properties. Both times they did a great job and provided me with excellent service. They are very knowledgeable. I used them to locate my septic, empty it and assess its condition. Tracy in the office stayed in contact with me on the day of my septic inspection to let me know the exact ETA. The driver also called to confirm. I will definitely use them again, if I need any of the services they offer.

Great people who were very accommodating. They were able to squeeze me into their schedule in only a few days and were great to work with. They had to reschedule because of delays at the treatment facility but they called to let me know and put me on the schedule for first thing the next morning. I had used this company in the past and, recently, contacted them again for a septic inspection. I'm a Realtor and, although the system was recently installed, the buyer, of course, wanted to ensure all was well. Morning Star charged $495 to clean out and test a system and then they failed the system. They did not use any camera (as their standard testing) to see all they could see. The company who installed confirmed it was in good working order. I wanted to be sure my clients purchased a reliable septic system and after the first company confirmed operational, we hired a third company to "break the tie".
