I’ve donated here multiple times, nice stuff too not junk. Never been acknowledged, no thank you-nothing. But continue to do it anyway because I want to help the community. That aside, I would agree and believe other people’s reviews about the blonde manager. It’s a shame to have someone with an attitude like her working there. I can only imagine how she treats others. While at the New Lenox location I mentioned that they are a lot nicer, the lady at the register said she manages both stores said she would work on that and apologized.

I normally love going there to purchase affordable fall decore. Well I recently went and cashier was very disrespectful and racist making ignorant racist comments about people. Also rude comments to me. She must of not thought I was Mexican. Anywho never going there again or donating absolutely anything ever again. I will also worn every one I know not to support local Joliet treasure chest!! I pray you start hiring good, kind employees to back up what you supposedly represent. God bless!

NEVER AGIN!!! Just dropped off a box of home accessories and clothes that were like new. Had to get rid of them because of weight gain. The cashiers as so much couldn’t even give me a thank you. I know it’s supposed to help the community, but before I donate anything to them ever, I would put in the trash. Rude and very uncaring workers. That was the second time so from here out never will donate here

It was the nicest thrift store and clean and neat. I found an armoire originally 500.00 and I paid only 75.00. What a good deal.

Great place to go thrifting. Great staff.
