Morris and Bergen Irrigation are awesome. From the quoting process to getting the introduction to the App for our sprinkler system was seamless. The technicians were on time, set up the sprinkler heads perfectly and cleaned up the property beautifully. The pricing was right on target and the app is so easy to use. Demetro and his team are fabulous.

I’m a new customer this year, and have been happy so far. The turn-on and start-up technician was very good. He was competent and friendly, and he did a good job listening and addressing questions and concerns. And there were no add-on repair and upselling and costs, unlike our prior irrigation company. The service quality and customer experience have both been very good. The pricing is OK. So the overall value proposition is very good. So far, they have been a pleasure to work with. Update I’m updating my review, from 4-stars to 3-stars, based on additional experience with M&B. Overall, I think M&B is one of the better irrigation companies in the area, they run a good business. We were introduced to Morris & Bergen Irrigation by our landscape architect and design team, who had promised us a modern and efficient irrigation system. We were not disappointed. Bobby and his team showed up and completed an 11 zone system in just under two complete work days. They had the right equipment and the right number of people doing the work. All of the work seemed effortless and contained, despite the tremendous number of moving parts involved in the installation of a brand new irrigation system. We also note that the system installed was not to any extent basic. We now have rotors, sprays and drip irrigation serving particular plant beds, plants and areas of lawn. Highly recommend this company!! I switched from another company to M&B several years ago, and couldn’t be happier. The level of professionalism, organization, and quality of work is fantastic. They treat their customers well; it feels like I’m am getting a true bespoke, white-glove experience. Pricing is reasonable and in line. They intentionally use higher quality products (which last longer); I learned this the hard way bc the previous company I worked with used junk that always broke. Everyone from the back office to the field techs genuinely know what they are doing. Recently worked with Chris, and he was nice enough to help me label all of the sprinkler zones into a logical lay out. Great guy, great work!!

I have been using this company for a long time, last year we did our backyard And most of the heads and lines got ruined. Bobby came and gave us And estimate for all new lines, however it was out of our budget. I was very sad but Bobby came back and we work on a better price just fixing what I had. On the day of the job Bobby came himself to make sure the guys did what I wanted and that I was happy with the job. Hansen and Bryan work for almost 3 hrs and fix it all up and then put seeds on all where they worked. At the end he ran out of seeds and Bobby told him not to worry he will come in one day and put more seeds down for us. Hansel was very patient and show me how to work with the control panel.
