Just had a dryer repaired by Morris County Appliance Repair. Very impressed with ease of scheduling, professionalism of the tech, Chris, and overall experience. A little pricey, but I think you are paying for quality. Highly recommend!

I'm a repeat customer, inheriting the appliances we purchased with our house and also installing new ones. They are knowledgeable, professional, and honest. Some of our issues were complicated, but I felt confident getting a resolution due to their experience and simply watching them do their work. I have recommended them to other friends and acquaintances. I don't understand the poor reviews left by those claiming they could have done it by watching YouTube videos. Shame on them for complaining about wanting something for free. If you want someone reliable and honest, call Morris County Appliance Repair.

I had a very disappointing experience with Morris County Appliance Repair. They came to fix my dryer and charged me $129 just for the diagnostic. It turned out that the issue was just a fuse, which costs only $7 at Home Depot. However, they charged me $40 for the fuse and an additional $95 for labor just to install it. What upset me the most was that they had already opened the dryer during the diagnostic, so they basically charged me labor just to close it up again. Additionally, the technician did not clearly reveal the costs upfront, although he later claimed that he had. Overall, I found their pricing to be very unfair and the lack of transparency frustrating. I would not recommend their services.

Dishonest. Overpriced. Ownership and management records calls without disclosing that calls may be recorded. Owner/manager took 2 months to finally call me back over a pricing issue and made me feel stupid. If anything changes they don’t send revised estimates so they are free to charge whatever they want. On a separate call (cause I didn’t learn my lesson…..) quotes a part to replace at $226…it was on whirlpools site OEM for $116…..$20 on amazon and a you tube video later…..save yourself the trouble with these guys. Great guys who work for them though…..only reason it’s two stars.

Very bad coustumer service.Lady on the phone was completely not interested to do her coustumer service.Don’t call them for repairs they’ll change your order status maybe 10 times.
