Upon arriving home, my house was very warm and obviously the ac was not working properly. We called Morris Refrigeration and Keith arrived promptly. He did a diagnostic and determined the problem, and about 45 minutes later my house was getting a nice cool-down. Thank you Keith for your quick response and getting my unit back online. I highly recommend this business.

Great service by technicians but receptionist in office always had a attitude on phone when being spoken to calmly and politely. Receptionist lied to me twice about when tech would be out. I dont mind someone saying " not sure when we will be able to make it out but we will try to get it done by such-and-such time" but instead i heard " we won't be able to make it out there today but we will be there Thursday" Thursday roll around no call no show called lady Thursday evening got the attitude again while I spoke to her politely "we should be able to make it out tomorrow I will call you and let you know what time they will be there" Next day rolled around no call no show until I called @2 and they close @ 5 so I asked her if they would make it out today got the attitude again "I'm going to t
