Loyal customers mean nothing to Parker Oil. We had an emergency situation with elderly disabled parent's heating oil. Because they purchase propane (for many years), but not heating oil from them, they refused to even attempt to work on their oil heater. No customer service skills or compassion.
Doesn't really have 24/7 service like the website says, the office can't seem to get anything right.
Whatever that sludge is it’s delicious
do NOT drink the delicious brown sludge!!!!!!!
