Two years ago i used Steve Morrison and Morrison Construction on a large stuccoed house we purchased in Pacific Beach. There were many defects in the building envelope and Steve personally met with me to figure out the issues. He was great in this analysis phase! We then developed a plan to do some exploratory demo and then developed a plan to do the repairs and then to re-stucco the entire house and re-waterproof the 3 decks over structure. Steve prepared a cost estimate which he did an excellent job of sticking with in spite of some changes and adjustments to the scope of work. All the work done was top notch start to finish and they also did excellent clean up after the work.
