⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Saved me $500+ and didn't try to upsell me! I cannot recommend Morton’s Plumbing enough. I needed an emergency water heater replacement in a crawlspace and another company quoted me a massive price. Morton’s came out, beat that quote by over $500, and did a fantastic job. What impressed me most was their honesty. I thought I needed some expensive electrical work (a junction box fix) based on another quote, but the Morton’s tech looked at it and confirmed it was actually fine—saving me even more money. They even threw in a new quarter-turn shut-off valve at no extra cost to make things easier for me in the future. If you want a Nashville plumber who is actually honest and does great work, call them.

The only reason this company deserves two stars is because the customer service representative and technician were kind and professional. Other than that, this company charged me $1200 for an alleged 4 hours labor (of which only 2.5 hours were done). And, this company charged me $2500+ for a tankless hot water heater that at Home Depot was $1500+. Ultimately, the final price for labor and parts was $3985. Furthermore, when questioned about the invoice, the owner, Jimmy, became highly defensive and unprofessional. It would behoove everyone to avoid using this company for any and all plumbing services.

Excellent service called them this morning because I had major leak from my hot water faucet in my tub came out fast and fixed my problem even had to go purchase a piece for it. Price was very reasonable ! I give them 5 stars. Will call them again l need anything.

Two weeks ago today a technician came to check on a leaky tub faucet. After a very quick look, he said he would “have to discuss it with his boss” as it wasn’t a simple fix. I waited for several days to hear back, finally called the office. They promised to check on it and call me back. Never did. I called a second time several days later. That person couldn’t find that anything had been done or ordered. She finally had the tech call me. He said they would need to replace tub/shower faucets. $600 estimate, with MY supplying the new faucets. NOPE. They obviously didn’t want my business, based on the lack of timely response.

I needed to get my entire house re-piped and got several estimates. I was leaning towards Morton because of a friend's recommendation, and after meeting with Mr. Jimmy Morton, I was sold. This company is very well run, professional, and reliable. Cody, Ricky, and Josh were my team, and they were fantastic! Very friendly and considerate, and they did an excellent job. It took several days, and they always cleaned up before leaving for the day. Mr. Morton even came by as well to oversee the work. They really went above and beyond- I am so happy with the work they did and would highly recommend them!
