We are long-distance customers fully renovating our 1970's Richmond home all the way from Hawai'i (5 hour time difference) and Lauren Atwell helped us through the process in grave detail and excellence. We decided to redo our shower after our builder-grade shower door essentially collapsed. We had a white cultured marble shower install. An entire bathroom reno was out of the question...so wanted to create a spa-like shower to match our existing space. Hit up Mosaic. The entire staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and helped design our small oasis. The store Manager (Bob) chimed in and helped seal the deal with some color/style suggestions that helped with our final decisions. Very passionate…and was driven to make everything beautiful. Great pricing and the quality...along with future product support...outshines the box stores. To add...we needed an installer. Bob suggested Jeff Stein (RVA Tile & Stone). He gave us the best price...and we took a chance. WOW...what workmanship.

I was referred to Mosaic by our contractor, Croxton Inc. Scheduling an appointment with Megan was fast. I had no experience in making design choices, and Megan made it SO easy. She listened to what I liked and the feeling I wanted to convey in this renovation. I could not be happier with the choices I made.
