Moser Electric

I was referred to Moser and called to set up services, and spoke with the owner of the company. He indicated he would call early “next week” to come out and get things squared away.. However, I did not receive any follow-up calls nor did anyone return my calls over the course of 2+ weeks. After the recommending company was able to get ahold of Moser, they relayed to them they’d be able to servixe my home the following Wednesday. Unfortunately, Moser did not contact me or provide that service. I ultimately needed to get a different company in to fix the issue. Very disappointed with this poor customer service.. would not recommend.

We had this company out to connect a dryer, repair some electrical box wiring, install some ceiling lights and install an exterior plug. Excellent service! Very personable young men. I will have them back for any future repairs. On time, reasonable rates, good service, excellent communication!! Thanks guys!!

Moser came recommended by many people so they were the first company I tried to contact. Unfortunately over a month of calling and leaving messages multiple times I never received a single reply from them.

I would give 0 stars if I could. It should not take 2-3 years to complete a job and then ghost the client and not complete the job
