***Home Owners BEWARE*** We are profoundly disappointed by our experience with MOSQUEDA Renovations, owned by Oscar Mosqueda. We advise against using this company for home renovations, as they failed to meet our expectations and even caused further damage. Despite hiring them with hopes of receiving professional, top-notch work, our project has been riddled with numerous issues. The expensive lighting fixtures we purchased are already malfunctioning and completely broken. Several sections of the painting job remain incomplete, and there are persistent problems with the tile work, especially noticeable on our front patio where the tiles are uneven and retain water from the pool.
