Terry has been amazing to work with. As a new customer, I’ve had a lot of questions, and she is always kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. She never makes me feel like a bother, no matter how many times I call, and she always returns my calls quickly. Carrie was AMAZING from the first day I called about my home. She sent Faron to my home asap to do my home inspection! Faron was very thorough and he explained everything to me in detail as he took me through the inspection he addressed all of my questions and concerns and made sure I knew everything that was being done. Carrie made sure I knew how the entire process was going to be from start to finish and she answered all my questions everytime I reached out. Absolutely would recommend Mosquito Authority to everyone!! We have been getting treatments from them for years & our mosquitos are non existent which is great for our kids when playing outside!! Carrie is so personable & helpful whenever I reach out and vise-versa!! It’s like talking to a friend over the phone!! All of the service technicians that come treat or inspect our property are always so informative & friendly! If there are ever any issues with anything (hardly ever) they are very quick to provide a resolution!! 10 out of 10.

We've been using them for the last eight years. They're amazing! We used to get bitten by mosquitoes multiple times just walking from the car to the house and now we can go hang out in the backyard safely. Always let you know when they're on the way, and check with you to ask if you're having any specific problems. Highly recommended!!
