Mosquito Joe of Charlotte

(Unbelievable) I have been using them for almost 3 years! Two weeks ago I canceled because of all the rain we had got, But had them right back out the (Next) week and they did a poorly job, Refuse to come back out this week to respray because we broke a contract that we never had a contract from the beginning!! If we broke a contract, why did they come right back out the next week they should have refused... I've been spending $90 or more every 3 weeks on this company and to get treated like this and very rude to deal with .... Definitely told them to cancel my service. Please use your judgment before you get them to come out !!!!! Time for the Better Business Bureau....

I used my regular pest control company for almost a full year and still had major mosquito issues. We were swarmed by mosquitoes if we stepped outside. After 20 min of play in the front yard my 1.5yo had 25 mosquito bites on her face and arms!! I called Mosquito Joe and my call was returned within 24hrs and they scheduled a service the next business day. After only a single service we can actually enjoy our yard. 5 stars isn’t enough.

Worth every single penny. Less than 24 hrs after our first treatment, we were in the yard and nobody got a single mosquito bite. They were so bad before that we couldn’t enjoy our yard even when covered in bug spray. We have since been out there night and day, cool nights and humid nights - not one single mosquito. Customer for life! *UPDATED: Still 5 stars! We had them back out today for our recommended follow-up treatment. Although we still haven’t seen any mosquitoes, we trusted their expert advice. I forgot to mention before that the scheduling was totally effortless and they came and went before I even noticed they’d been here! Same thing today - Like yard toothfairies. We will definitely be scheduling annual treatments with this excellent company.

Love Mosquito Joe--so nice to be able to enjoy our backyard again! Love that they will come back to respray if needed between treatments at no cost. Very professional, and extremely responsive. Great company.!

Having moved to the Charlotte area recently, we were unprepared for the amount of spring / summer mosquitos. This service is so helpful to reduce the number of mosquitos, but not scare away birds or pollinators. And a big thanks to our technician Thomas who is friendly and knowledgeable! Always glad to see the Mosquito Joe can roll up. :)
