Mosquito Joe of East Texas

I couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve gotten!! It’s a great feeling not to be fighting mosquitoes in your yard and be able to sit outside and enjoy your evening. I highly recommend Mosquito Joe to anyone that’s tired of being swarmed and bitten every time they go outside!!

I scheduled an appointment two weeks ago and was told someone would be out the next day. A week later, after no one showed up, I called to follow up, left a voicemail, and never received a return call. Two weeks later, I called again and the manager assured me the issue was due to their mix-up, but guaranteed a technician would be out first thing the next morning at 7:30 a.m. By 10 a.m., no one had arrived and I had received no phone call with an explanation. Be advised.

Last year service and results were great. This year I am not having the same experience. I have made half a dozen calls due to mosquitoes returning about a week after spray. So far they returned to respray one time, and then came out a week later for regular spray and billed me. A week later I am getting bit up again by mosquitoes. Mosquito Joe you have lost a loyal customer that used to rave about your services.

The first year I used them it worked really well but now, not so much. Mosquitoes are back after only 2 weeks and they won’t come back out until they’re in my area again for a respray. Every time they spray, my windows are covered with the stuff and won’t be using them again, not for what they charge

Mosquito Joe always does an amazing job. They are trustworthy and we have not had a mosquito since we started using their service. They are always courteous and prompt. We always recommend them to all of our neighbors and friends.
