Joseph R. was a kind, funny and just all around great technician, I had a conflict with my schedule and he was able to FaceTime me on my property which really calmed my nerves about my concerns! He was a joy to chat with. Would highly recommend him! Customer service with their dispatchers is top notch. Super friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help! It has been over a week now, and I still am super satisfied with not noticing any mosquitoes while we are outside in the evenings. Will definitely tell my friends!

We’ve been having mosquito squad coming out to treat our house for the last year and to be honest the quality of care varies only due to the technician. There has been a few guys coming out who treat the yard in 2 minutes. But today was serviced by lead technician Mike and he was amazing. He treated the entire yard, not leaving an inch of space untreated. Thank you Mike for taking great care of us. I hope we continue to have this man every 3 weeks!

James from the Mosquito Squad was awesome. Super friendly, thorough, and timely! I explained my pain points and he got right to work! After he was done he took the time to explain what he did and some areas of my house to watch out for pooling water. Love the service and being able to enjoy our outdoor spaces mosquito free!

He always does a great job, but today really stood out—despite having fresh stitches across his hands, he was still out in the heat making sure our yard was protected and safe for our kids to play in. I met our technician Joseph today and he was very courteous and personable. I told him that during spring and summer we spend a lot of time outside on the porch and around the pool areas.
