100% satisfied with the window restoration work and services provided by Moss Restoration. Our 100+ year old windows are original to the house and needed some serious TLC. Not only did Kelsey provide an accurate timeline and estimate, but she also went to great lengths to explain the reasoning for each recommendation, including multiple on-site visits, and there were no surprises. The team was hard-working, thorough, punctual, and friendly. Kelsey, the owner, was highly communicative and transparent. She was quick to respond to inquiries and very willing to share knowledge and resources for other projects I had in mind. Kelsey and her team went above and beyond to ensure the windows looked their absolute best. It was an enjoyable experience start-to-finish, and I enthusiastically recommend

We did a lot of research on various venders before making the decision to engage the services of Moss Restoration. By way of background, we own a 30-year-old end table and a brand-new end table constructed to match. One was wood that had aged over time; the other was new “green” wood. We asked Moss to make them match and to put on a surface that looked good but also enabled us to put drink glassware on the end tables without a coaster. I was expecting a good job because of Moss Restoration’s work I’d seen on their website and other reviews I read. But the result was simply GREAT! Even better than anticipated.

We had a fantastic experience working with Moss Restoration. They were kind, communicative, thorough, trustworthy, and careful in everything they did. They made our very old windows work, and look beautiful. They love and care for old things, and are so precise and patient in their work. They had some panes of stained glass that were cracked repaired, put in storm windows as appropriate, and cleaned, painted, fixed, and restored so much. It was a pleasure working with them, and I have only wonderful things to say about them. While they were not inexpensive, the cost was less than getting new wooden windows, and it's so hard to find people who will take good care of stained glass. I recommend them 100%!

The front door of our Tower Grove Heights home has been an eyesore since we purchased in 1989. Because the previous owners jerry-rigged a storm door, painted all the original wood, and butchered some of the trim, we weren't certain whether a restoration would even be possible. Found Moss Restoration, got on their waiting list about 6 months ago, and Kelsey (Owner) and Willy worked diligently for about four weeks to complete an outstanding restoration. These folks are true craftspeople! They are super competent, polite, neat -- couldn't be more professional. I suppose one might be able to find cheaper ways to do this sort of restoration, but not of this high quality. Many thanks! Would hire them again with no reservations.

Kelsey and her team are amazing! I’m a preservationist at heart and found Kelsey when searching for someone to restore my stained glass windows. She was incredibly responsive and provided a quote for several windows needing repair. We worked together to prioritize repairs and get on the schedule. Two of my worst windows were recently restored and reinstalled. They looking amazing! I have several more windows slated for repair and plan to utilize Moss Restoration. She is also working with me to quote storm windows to preserve the windows long term. I highly recommend!
