Follow up as you just responded to my posting from last year! Funny enough, my one year old unit is STILL not working correctly. I called you on April 5 and you told me you would be coming the following Tuesday as of today I am still waiting for you to come and I have NO heat or AC from that unit. 4/25 - that’s your response? It makes NO difference whether I am a homeowner or not. My landlord told me to call you? So what is your point do you give better customer service to people who own their ? My landlord has no idea of my schedule And even when they try to reach out to you last year, it was always a HASSLE. You told me you were coming on Tuesday and NEVER came or communicated anything. Terrible customer service. They installed a brand new unit 3 months ago, that now has issues and they have been horrible in terms of rectifying the issue. It's been a week and they have been rude and given me the runaround when all i want is a resolution. 4/16/25 - I have, my 1 year old unit is STILL not working correctly. Motley is always professional and never over estimates the repair or replacement. They replaced two of our units and we saved thousands of dollars over others.
