Mount Carmel Tree Service

We absolutely love Mt Carmel Tree Service! We have used them three times now to cut down a total of 6+ trees on our property. Dave and his crew are professional, courteous, return my calls right away, show up on time, do an excellent job, they are very safe and make sure everything around our house AND everyone in our house is safe, as the trees are coming down. They are efficient, they do what the contract says and what was agreed upon. There was no surprise or hidden fees. For the estimated days of work, usually they came under the time estimated, or they finished right on time. They were respectful of our property, especially with the large trucks that were brought in for the jobs. I can't say enough good things about David and MCTS. I was contacted by my homeowner's insurance, and they said I needed to have a ton of treework done to keep my policy. David came by and did a thorough inspection. He talked to me throughout and gave his suggestions. He is straightforward, kind, and easy to deal with. It's clear he really values doing right by his customers. When the day came for the work he was professional and efficient. He did exactly what he said he was going to do (plus a little extra!).
