Mountain City Cabinets

Horrible experience with these people. I'm a contractor, and I have clients that are getting new kitchen cabinets. I took my drawing personally to them and ordered the cabinets. The order was placed in December so that I could have them by March. The owner John Martin, went as far as telling MY customers that they need to tear out their bulkhead, he rearranged the layout and then asked them if they would take white cabinets instead of the dark wood cabinets they wanted!! This dude wasn't willing to even go to their summer camp and discuss any layout changes and make sure anything he was doing was even going to work! I am a landlord that likes to go the extra yard for my tenants. No cheap builders stock for me. I have bought my cabinets from Mountain City for 16 years and cannot see a reason why I would go anywhere else. They are professional and exacting. Everything I have bought has been outstanding and priced right. All their cabinets are high quality and with a wide variety there is always something for everyone. With so many tenants over 16 years, their cabinets still look and work like new.

After hurricane Ida flooded our basement and my sewing palace I decided to add cabinets for storage. My husband let me pick the size and color and I chose the hardware. The cabinet look awesome and so satisfied with the look. I would have posted a picture but could not find a way in doing so.

The absolute worst place I've ever dealt with in my life. They made a mistake on our order, refused ot fix it until we gave them our check for remaning amount due, so we did (Huge mistake on my part) And then called me and said it's fixed, come pick it up. (He cashed my check already) We came, and he did absolutely nothing to correct the mistake. When I asked him about it, he totally flipped out on me and proceeded to call me every cuss word in the book for the next 15 minutes, (yea all of them) and told me to get out. Keep in mind, I never took a confrontational approach to any of this. To me this was a routine mistake that anyone could have made, no problem, I just expected them to fix it. Nope. Never got anything fixed. It was obviouos this guy had no idea how to take care of clients,

These folks are always willing to help. Good quality cabinetry
