All the professionals that I have met from Mountain View are good people. Their office backbone is friendly and able to cut through information to organize their support of my issue or request. This last visit by (sorry if I mis-remember his name) Chris was no different. He was pleasant and clearly described his findings, plan of action, and status at completion. Great people and Great service.

Chris, our technician, was outstanding. He introduced himself and he is a very courteous young man as well as positive and upbeat in his attitude. He did a thorough check of the houses heating system as well as checked the cooling due to a burning smell I "thought" I was smelling. However, everything checked out. We enjoy doing business with Mountain View because they have always done their very best to resolve any issue occurring with our HVAC system. I highly recommend doing business with them.

We had Mountain View replace our furnaces and AC units last week. The crew did an outstanding job and we would highly recommend using this company. Heating system maintenance and duct cleaning same day; price for duct cleaning was very good but furnace was a little high. Duct cleaning team was on time and did a fantastic job. Very professional and polite. The young man that did the furnace maintenance was also professional and polite. Also want to give a shout out to the office staff as they were very polite, knowledgeable and professional. A definite step up from the other company I had been using! Thank you!

Mountain View installed my unit this year, and they have a service package where they come twice a year to check and maintain my unit. The rep who came out was so knowledgeable and kind. I appreciated all of his insight into maintenance. Great local business.
