Stayed with family in King Ranch Estates, marvelous area, breathtaking views of the mountains and valley. Great people, had a very nice relaxing stay..will be back soon I hope.

The team is consistently kind, polite, professional and helpful. Could not have had a better experience both before and now a year and a half later.

We couldn’t be more disappointed. RL workman and Kings Ranch was supposed to be cream of the crop when it comes to communities to live in Sierra Vista/Hereford. Wonderful people, wonderful views, but the quality of the home is horrible. We had months of repairs after final walkthrough, There was unpainted trim, but excess paint on the floor. The entire tile floor was poorly installed. We payed extra for “premium cabinets” and look like scraps from Home Depot. The quality of their homes would put them out of business if they were operating out of any large city in the United States. Heartbreaking how poor the quality is, we really wanted to fall in love with our home.

I have had consistent dealings with RL Workman Homes over the last 2 years and have found them to be an upstanding company and owners. I have seen them take the high road many times when dealing with issues that have come up. My wife and I trust them with building our new home coming up.

We are happy with the quality of our home and the nice folks we worked with to purchase our home, but the HOA and clarity of policies have been inconsistent in Kings Ranch. Buyer beware that the million dollar views you fell in love with and thought were protected through the conservation easements in place get blocked by trees the neighbors plant in your view shed, despite being told planting in these specific areas is prohibited when you purchase your home. Getting real or consistent answers is difficult other than having forms sent to you.
