We had a small electrical fire in our basement and Mountain View Restoration was incredible to work with. They removed the smoke smell from our home and truly made it feel like home again. They also worked directly with our insurance company and helped us get new carpeting and replacement mattresses, which made the whole process so much easier. It’s easy to remember all the negative that happens during one of the worst periods of your life, but now I choose to remember the positives. They did a wonderful job with the house. They did just about everything mom asked of them, and they helped throughout the whole process. Made sure my mom had everything she needed whether it was money or an ear to talk to. Took a long time (not their fault. It was right when Covid hit and I probably didn’t make it easier) but the house turned out great. Very appreciative of what they did and I never gave a proper thank you. Thank you.
